At Mamaroast, all our products are freshly handcrafted after receiving your order. Since we make everything in small batches, it usually takes 1–2 days to prepare our signature snacks.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the order. We offer free shipping on orders over 2000Rs.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Our trusted courier partners deliver orders Monday to Saturday, between 9 AM and 7 PM. (Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.) 

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions or transport delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do offer international shipping from website.

However we are here to help you in any way.

For other international orders, please contact us for a shipping quote.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at help@mamaroast.shop / mamaroast.organic@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your shipment. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
